Coaching Wisdom & Results 9

Updated: Feb 4, 2019

I find it fascinating how often people have convinced themselves that just because they’re over 35 or 45 or <fill-in-whatever-age-you-were-when-you-decided-this> years old, that they can no longer follow their dreams, so give up on living the life they always dreamed of. What is even more fascinating is the excuses and stories people create to convince themselves they’ve aged out of changing the trajectory of their lives, telling themselves it’s too late to follow their passions and life’s calling.

It makes my heart sing and I get goosebumps every time I support a new client in shattering the self imposed glass ceiling created by their limiting conversation and false belief structures, so that they once again start chasing their dreams, playing full out to achieve the meaningful goals that we create together!!
